Four: What to Try
Take a break:
I love the quote at the top of this newsletter. I can’t remember the last time I lay down on the grass to listen to the sounds of nature. If I did that activity now, I would need bug repellent, a blanket, and plenty of sunscreen. The quote did remind me that sometimes we need to take a break. Summer is a good time of year to do this, with warmer temperatures and long days.
If you’re not a fan of outdoor breaks (or live in the heat bubble), take a break inside. Read a book, stream a favorite show, or take a nap.
