What we call the beginning is often the end
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from

One: Best of 2023

One of my instructors, Ashtain Rothchild, in a recent fitness class asked us to reflect on our accomplishments from the past year before we thought about our goals for 2024. I like the idea of celebrating wins from the year.

Only two days left in 2023. As you get ready for the new year, this is a great time to reflect on the past year. What was the best thing you did in 2023? Do you have a favorite trip, book you read, or movie or series you watched?

This post will include several best of lists.

Enjoy the end of 2023 and Happy New Year!
