One: Going back to the Barre

I’ve returned to the barre at FORMAT Fitness. Barre is one of my favorite activities; it feels good to be back in classes at a studio.
My weekly post will cover barre basics (what is barre?), what is FORMAT Fitness, my fitness background, and my return to in-person classes. I hope after reading this post you will returned to in-person classes, and I hope to see you at the barre at FORMAT.

From the MLB, Red Sox to Provide Free Admission to Museum of African American History in Boston and Nantucket During School Vacation Week. In recognition of Black History Month, the Red Sox Foundation will partner with the Museum of African American History in Boston and Nantucket to provide free admission and tours for all visitors from February 20-25, coinciding with school vacation week. The free admission is extended to all visitors of the museums, including self-guided tours and educational group tours.
