Trends come and go and then come back again. If you saw my New York fashion week street style post you can see some examples of returning trends such as overalls. During fashion week on the streets of New York there were a lot of outfits with plaid so this week’s trend day topics are: plaid and boyfriend jeans. I decided to make it a two for one this week since my post is a little late.

The boyfriend jean has many styles but most are baggy with cuffs at the bottom. There are skinny boyfriend jeans and distressed boyfriend jeans. You can dress them up with heels and a statement necklace or keep the look casual with flats.
