Tuesday Trend Day: Pants and a dress

The question is: do you want to try the trend and if so can you pull it off? I think you can with the right dress pant combo. I had fun picking out dresses that would look great over skinny pants. You could wear this type of outfit to work with flats or dress it up with heels and wear it to an event or party.
