Four: What to Try

The 4-7-8 Breath (also known as the Relaxing Breath)

Whenever you’re having trouble falling asleep, there’s a simple breathing technique you can use to help calm a racing mind and restless body in just a few minutes.” 

You can do the 4-7-8 breathing method anywhere, at any time—while you’re lying in bed trying to fall asleep, before a nerve-wracking meeting, or after a tense conversation at the dinner table. Here’s how to start.

  1. Inhale through your nose for a count of four.
  2. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale for a count of seven.
  3. Exhale through pursed lips for a count of eight.”

Five: What to do

Hand out non-candy treats. If you haven’t purchased your treats to hand out, consider handing out non-candy items. I’ve switched from candy to snacks and prizes. My local Stop & Shop has a great selection:

There is a lot of stuff being written here and there is a lot going on from the Netflix movies to watch this weekend, to the series and lastly the clothes such as the puffer vest for both men and women😍🔥🔥🔥. I love those puffer vests , they are ideal for casual wear especially🔥🔥🔥
