The Woman in the Yard (2025 ‧ Thriller/Mystery on Peacock)
The Runner (thriller film on Prime Video September 2nd), in this pulse-pounding psychological film, Gal Gadot stars as Maia Marten, a high-powered London lawyer whose world shatters when her son is taken during her morning run. The instructions are simple and merciless: keep moving, follow every command, and tell no one.
The Mandalorian and Grogu (on Disney+ September 2nd)
Mayday (Action/adventure on Apple TV September 3rd), When a U.S. Navy pilot on a top-secret mission during the Cold War gets trapped behind enemy lines, his only chance at survival is to form an alliance with an eccentric ex-KGB agent.
Fuze (action/thriller on Max September 4th), In the action-thriller Fuze, Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as a bomb-disposal specialist who is in a race against time to prevent a catastrophic explosion in central London. Meanwhile, Theo James plays the leader of a team plotting a bank heist at the same time, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw plays the police chief who is trying to manage all of these crises at once.
Drawn Together (Spanish thriller/drama on Prime Video on September 9th), Based on Marfil, the first book in Mercedes Ron’s bestselling Enfrentados duology, this romantic thriller follows the daughter of a Spanish business tycoon whose life is upended after a kidnapping leads her overprotective father to assign the enigmatic Sebastian Moore as her bodyguard. Ester Expósito (Venus) stars as Marfil Cortés and Hugo Diego García (The Substance) stars as Sebastian Moore.
Why Did I Get Married Again? (Tyler Perry’s comedy-drama film premieres on Netflix on September 9th) The couples reunite for the destination wedding of Marcus (Michael Jai White) and Angela’s (Tasha Smith) daughter, bringing drama old and new as they ask themselves, “Why did we get married again?” Perry returns as writer and director, continuing a series he began with Why Did I Get Married? in 2007. The original was followed by Why Did I Get Married Too? in 2010. Both films are currently available to stream on Netflix.
Call My Agent! The Movie (on Netflix September 10th), Five years after ASK Agency closed, debut director Andréa (Camille Cottin) loses her lead actor just days before filming and reunites her old team — for better or worse. The series: Catch up on the French series, four seasons are available on Netflix. At a top Paris talent firm, agents scramble to keep their star clients happy — and their business afloat — after an unexpected crisis.
You+Me – Against the World (French film on Amazon Video on September 18th), Prime Video’s first French young adult Original film is based on Emma Green’s best-selling trilogy that has sold nearly 1 million copies in France. The film follows Alma, an aspiring filmmaker hiding her true passion from her wealthy family, and Vadim, a magnetic rebel with a troubled past, who are forced together on a student film project and fall for each other despite their differences.
The Love Hypothesis (romcom on Prime Video on September 23rd), The Love Hypothesis follows Olive, a brilliant Ph.D. candidate focused on her future in academia. But when she realizes her best friend Ahn has fallen for her crush, Jeremy, Olive impulsively kisses intimidating professor Adam Carlsen to prove she’s moved on. What begins as a desperate act of friendship spirals into a fake relationship with rules, boundaries, and a mutually beneficial agreement. Based on the book by Ali Hazelwood.
UNABOMBER (on Netflix September 24th), In this drama inspired by true events, Ted Kaczynski’s (Jacob Tremblay) evolution from Harvard prodigy and test subject to becoming the man known as the Unabomber unfolds as the FBI hunts him down.

Colin From Accounts (Season 3, Series Finale on Paramount+ on September 10th)
Neagley (thriller series on Prime Video on September 16th), The world of Reacher is expanding with actress Maria Sten starring in Neagley as Chicago private investigator Frances Neagley. When she learns that a beloved friend from her past has been killed in a suspicious accident, she becomes hell-bent on justice. Using everything she’s learned from Reacher and her time as a member of the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit, Neagley puts herself on a dangerous path to uncover a menacing evil.
City of Blood (Hulu Original) – Premiere – All Episodes Streaming on September 16th. is a thriller and horror series on Disney+. It’s based on the graphic novel “Berlinoir” by Reinhard Kleist and Tobias O. Meißner.

Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story (series on Netflix September 17th), Trapped in a cruel Victorian-era household, Lizzie Borden (Ella Beatty) kills her parents in a gory axe murder that shocks the nation. fourth season of the American biographical crime drama anthology series Monster by Ryan Murphy.
Doc (Season 2 on Netflix September 22nd)
A Different World (sequel series will premiere on Netflix September 24th), When Deborah (Maleah Joi Moon), the free-spirited, well-intentioned, and yet rebellious youngest child of Dwayne Wayne (Kadeem Harrison) and Whitley Gilbert (Jasmine Guy) enters her first year at Hillman College, she finds the shadow of her parents difficult to escape. She sets out to build her own legacy —while having the time of her life alongside a whole new generation of Hillman’s best and brightest.

Marble Hall Murders (mystery series premieres on PBS on September 6th), the third and final limited-series adaptation of Anthony Horowitz’s mystery novels about the editor-detective Susan Ryeland (Lesley Manville), debuts Sunday on PBS. This is a follow-up to the critically acclaimed fan-favorites Magpie Murders and Moonflower Murders, which premiered on MASTERPIECE in 2022 and 2024, respectively.
A Tale of Two Cities (4-part series premieres on MGM on September 9th, released weekly to September 27th), adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens novel. the classic Dickens’ tale follows the story of French Doctor Manette after his release from a long imprisonment in the Bastille as he goes to live with his estranged daughter Lucie. The story is set against the backdrop of the French Revolution and the Reign of Terror.
Last Seen (thriller series premieres on Apple TV on September 9th), Police dispatcher Ian Ridley’s daughter Maggie disappeared years ago. He receives a call, believing it’s her, and embarks on a relentless quest to find her and reunite his family, disregarding consequences. Based on The Dispatcher by Ryan David Jahn.

American Hostage (thriller series Premieres on MGM on September 20th), Fred Heckman, a beloved local radio reporter, is thrust into the middle of a life-or-death crisis when hostage-taker Tony Kiritsis demands to be interviewed on his popular radio news programme.
Line of Fire (drama series premieres Premieres Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, with next-day streaming on Peacock.), Follows the Hollingsworth family, whose members work across major U.S. protective and law enforcement agencies. When a mysterious assassin targets government agents, the family must use their expertise to protect each other and track down the killer.
Brothers (comedy series premieres on Apple TV on September 23rd), “Brothers” follows McConaughey and Harrelson, who play fictionalized versions of themselves, and whose lifelong friendship is thrown into chaos when they uncover a decades-old secret: they might actually be brothers.
‘American Horror Story‘ (season 13 premieres on Hulu September 24th), the season functions as a franchise-wide crossover event bringing back iconic characters and actors.

A Killer Story (3-part documentary premieres on Max September 10th), examines Eileen Umbehr’s belief that Dana Chandler was wrongly convicted of the 2002 murders of her ex-husband and his partner.

U.S. Open on ESPN and ABC. The U.S. Open singles tournament kicked off on Sunday, Aug. 30, and concludes with the Men’s Championship on Sunday, Sept. 13. The ESPN suite will cover the entirety of the 2026 U.S. Open, with daily coverage of all 16 courts airing across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes (Spanish) and streaming on the ESPN App for ESPN Unlimited plan subscribers. ABC will broadcast all three Sundays of the tournament, including first round coverage, Round of 16 matches and the Men’s Championship Preview and Championship.
