6/21/24

Late sunsets and warmer temperatures are two things associated with summer days. Each season has certain activities and traditions for us to enjoy. What will you do this summer?
While researching summer favorites, I discovered summer bucket lists and summer bingo. I love the idea of trying to complete all of your favorite summer activities and keeping track of them to focus on experiences you and your family enjoy during the summer.
I found a few articles with some items to add to your list.

From KOA, Top 20 Summer Bucket List Ideas

From 2018 Boston Magazine (some items still work today), Boston Magazine’s Summer Bucket List
You can buy bucket list documents on Etsy.

I’ve created a basic document in Word. I’ve also created a blank bingo board. Fill them in with your favorites.
I’m gong to expand on some of these items, and include local ideas.
Summer Foods and Drinks

Which foods to associate with summer? Fresh berries, watermelon, ice cream, seafood, and hot dogs are a few items I associate with the season.

My favorite summer drinks include lemonade, Aperol Spritz (and Lemoncello Spritz), and frozen drinks.

If you live in the northeast, you can search for the best lobster roll.
