Self-Care Beauty Ideas: part 1

We are in another month of social distancing and the closing of non-essential businesses.
One of the industries affected by covid-19 is the beauty industry. Hair salons, spas, nail salons, and estheticians closed their businesses. Some states are loosening restrictions but many businesses are still closed especially here in Massachusetts.
I’d like to share some self-care beauty ideas for you to try at home and ways for you to support these small businesses.
Starting with my friend Page (in the middle of this pic):
I met Page through our mutual friend Dani. The three of us have run several races together!
Page has a small business that I love:
Here is her bio and information about her business:
Nestled in Medford’s renowned and convenient Hillside neighborhood, a stones throw away from Somerville and Tufts University. Page Aesthetics specializing in quick and efficient hard wax for hair removal, hydrating organic air brush spray tan, the Hydrafacial system for skincare and lasting lash lift and tint and brow design. Page Aesthetics Skincare is a verified location for products sales of Image Skincare and One Love Organics Skincare.
Owner Page Buldini was meant to run a successful skincare business. Years battling problematic skin as a teen has provided her with the knowledge and understanding to ensure the highest quality of service and care for her clients. A natural born listener and go-getter Page is focused on creating a positive experience for each one of her clients. Page is always researching, learning the latest techniques and collaborating with other professions in the New England Skincare Community.
Here are ways you can help her business:

Hydrojelly Masks
Please check out my IGTV post of a full step by step demo of jellymask prep, application and removal!

These beautiful antioxidants enriched and electrolyte infused Esthemax Hydrojelly Mask will elevate your skincare regimen.
•Each kit comes with 2 pre measured mask packets for double the usage, a small water measuring cup, 2 biodegradable mask mixing bowls and a spatula for an easy and smooth application.

To prep skin- you want a perfectly clean face to allow the mask to push in and be effective.
•Double cleanse (One Love Organics B Oil Cleanser & A Facial Cleanser)
•Exfoliate( Image Skincare Ormedic Gel Polish)
•Apply Water Based Moisturizer & Serum (One Love Organics Skin Dew + Image Skincare Vital C Serum)

When ready add your pre measured water and stir gently but quickly this mask sets quick. Work out all the bumps and get a jelly like consistency. Apply as evenly as possible. It doesn’t have to be perfect!

Let sit 15-20 mins and gently remove.

Use a dry wash cloth to gently brush off any extra mask.
Don’t rinse.

•Apply One Love Organics D Mist Hydrator
•Eye Creme Image Skincare Eye Lift or One Love Organics E Eye Balm
•Oil Based Serum One Love Organics Vitamin C Serum
•Balm/Moisturizer One Love Organics Skinsavior
•Daytime—-definitely use your Image Skincare Prevention 50 SPF moisturizer! •Nighttime- apply your Image Skincare Ormedic Bio Peptide Creme or Vital C Moisturizer right before the Skin Savior.
Really important to take care of ourselves!
Even if it’s 15 mins with a mask, a quick spritz of a hydrator or a nice oil balm at night-we all deserve a minute to escape our current and uncertain situations. Happy to help anyway I can! We are all in this together!
Lots of love + good vibes,
